Version 1.0 · 25 October 2026

Terms of Service

These Terms describe the currently available Congratsly service and your responsibilities when using it. This is an initial public version. Verified operator details, jurisdiction-specific notices and a legal review are still pending; no business registration is claimed.

1. The service

Congratsly allows people to create, personalize and share digital greeting cards and interactive celebrations, individually or with invited participants. Features and availability may change during ongoing development. Creating a greeting without an account is supported.

2. Accounts and access links

You are responsible for access to your account and for deciding who receives organizer, contributor and recipient links. Anyone who obtains a valid recipient link may be able to view the published greeting while access remains active. Do not forward confidential links or upload material you do not want recipients to see.

3. Your content and other people's rights

You retain any rights you hold to texts, photographs, images and other content you submit. Do not upload or publish content unless you have the necessary rights, permissions or another lawful basis. This includes photographs taken by other people and pictures of identifiable people. Permission from a person pictured and copyright permission from the photographer can be separate requirements. You are responsible for evaluating whether your intended use is lawful.

4. Limited technical permission

You grant Congratsly a non-exclusive, non-transfer-of-ownership permission, for as long as reasonably needed to provide the requested service, to store, reproduce, resize, technically process and display content you submit to people who have access under the selected sharing settings. This permission is only for operation of the service and does not transfer ownership or authorize unrelated advertising use of your content.

5. Conduct and moderation

Do not use Congratsly for threats, harassment, blackmail, hate, unlawful disclosures of personal information, sexual violence, infringement of intellectual property or other unlawful activities. Certain content is blocked during creation; potentially problematic text may be placed under manual review for up to 12 hours and rejected automatically if not approved in time. Content may be restricted, removed or reported where required by law or necessary to protect users.

6. Reporting a problem

You can report a greeting through the site's report form without creating an account. Please provide the relevant greeting link and a clear explanation. The existing form currently handles greeting reports; a dedicated copyright and personal-image rights complaint process, review procedure and legal contact are still being developed. The service may temporarily restrict access to credible disputed content while it is reviewed, where technically available and appropriate.

7. Retention and deletion

Access to guest-created greetings is currently limited to 72 hours. Free account drafts expire three days after creation and published greetings expire three days after publication under the current rules. Extended storage is only available where the administrator has granted the entitlement; paid subscriptions are not connected. Deletion controls and relevant limitations are explained in the Privacy Policy. Provider-side backups and logs may remain for limited periods.

8. Pricing and future changes

There is currently no active paid subscription or payment checkout. We will publish separate, accurate terms for any future paid services before enabling purchases. Features, technical limits and availability can change as the product evolves; material updates to these Terms will be dated and communicated where required.

9. Third-party services

Congratsly uses infrastructure and service providers for hosting, database storage, media storage and sign-in, as explained in the Privacy Policy. Their involvement does not by itself remove any legal rights or responsibilities. Embedded third-party media may be subject to additional provider rules.

10. Availability and liability

We seek to operate the service reliably and securely, but uninterrupted availability cannot be promised. Nothing in these Terms excludes, limits or changes any right or liability that cannot legally be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections. Specific governing-law, dispute-resolution and operator identity details will be completed after legal registration and professional review.

11. Privacy and changes to these Terms

The Privacy Policy explains personal-data processing and deletion. The version date above indicates when this text was updated. You should review updated terms when notified. No claim is made that this initial version alone satisfies every legal notice requirement in every country.

Service operator information

A legal entity, registration number, registered address and designated legal-contact address have not yet been verified for publication. The planned Armenian registration is not presented as completed. These details and the final governing-law clauses will be added after registration and legal review.
